Most suitable: For webs with many different pages,
where you just leave the header and footer alone, and just edit
the content. Quite a few tables are used, so be careful. Ah,
but in the first place, who will use it anyway?
Extract uver.zip, edit
the contents in index.php and navi.php. Try not to touch header.php
and footer.php, but you might wanna edit the disclaimer (which
is at footer.php), open i suggest using Dreamweaver to edit it.
Try not to edit any tags unless you are confident. Feel free
to edit style.css because I know the color scheme is very ugly.
There will be a sample.php in case you are lost. A readme file
will be attached to show you the basic structure of this layout
(and hopefully be helpful).
Please leave the credits and disclaimer intact (you
can shift it anywhere, but make sure it still exist somewhere).
